Marinarium Booking Terms and Conditions:
Congratulations! You have decided to book a great adventure and we ensure that it will be a wonderful & unforgettable experience. Now, to continue the adventure, we ask that you review the Terms and Conditions below.
Use of the Marinarium Reservation Service - The Marinarium Electronic Reservation Service is provided solely to assist our clients in determining availability and to make legitimate reservations with us.
You agree and guarantee the following - You are at least 18 years of age and posses the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
This Agreement, made through the Marinarium Reservation Service, is subject in all respects to the following :
Cancellation Policy - Cancellations later than 48 hours prior to the tour date will result in NO REFUND.
In case of bad weather, boat excursions will be cancelled when the Port Authority deems sea conditions unsafe. You will be notified via email if or when such a cancellation happens.
In the event of a medical emergency, you may reschedule or cancel (with full refund) if you provide a valid medical certificate.

Voucher Policy - The clients will receive an email with a personalized voucher.
You must present this voucher at the start of the tour.
This voucher is non transferable and valid only on the indicated date and time.
Admittance to the tour will be prohibited without this voucher.
Hotel pick-up - Hotel pick-up is available from Punta Cana or Bayahibe hotels only.
Pick-up times will vary, depending on the hotel location. Exact pick-up time is on the booking form and on the voucher.
For Bayahibe hotels, you will be charged an additional transport fee in cash on the bus.
Please be ready at least 5 minutes before pick-up time at the designated location.
Pricing Information: Pricing is per person.
Children: Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Additional Info - Marinarium Parks is not responsible for any accidents or for any loss or damage caused to cameras, personal items, etc, during the excursion or left on buses.
